These guys live up to there name. They are honest. They put in a lot more time into my car than they charged me for. I will always bring my car and my family's cars to them. They have won my loyalty

So, I was traveling out of state and found myself in need of vehicle maintenance. I recently took my truck to a local honest 1 in my home town. A great choice by the way and luckily I found a honest 1 within 40 miles of my current location. Long story short, the techs were very knowledgeable and informative. The waiting area provided refreshments and the staff were friendly. Prices are fair and service in a timely manner.

DON’T BRING YOUR LOWERED CAR HERE. Brought my modified car here twice for an alignment the first time they aligned it within oem limits but after six months it fell out of those limits the second experience was ****. Was told they cannot do the alignment for the back wheel due to it having no adjustments. The tech basically got to joy ride my car 3 times and then the machine they use to lift my vehicle nearly pulled my bumper off. It had chipped my paint alongside breaking plastic clips. In the end of all of it didn’t get it aligned, damaged my vehicle and still got charged $40. Don’t come here.

This was one of the easiest oil changes I have had in a while. I made the appointment online; easy. I waited on the car in a very tech friendly customer waiting area; score. They had power outlets at the laptop bar and I got some work done; surprise. The wait was not long at all; fist bump. The whole experience was very professional, I am definitely going back; two thumbs up.

Friendly staff! Got me in quick, even though I was 4th in line on a Saturday. Very comfortable waiting room with tv, toys for kids, usb phone charging ports, and free coffee! Made waiting for my car very enjoyable. I just moved here from California, this is my new mechanic for sure. 6 Stars!

Honest 1 is a very professional facility that does as much as they can to work on what actually needs service and to keep costs down. They also attempt to start on my car as soon as they are able.
