I decided to try Honest 1 after looking at reviews and previous customer experience. I was dealing with an engine light error and feared the worst financially. I made my appointment online which I prefer and they confirmed my appointment. Day of my appointment I was greeted and serviced promptly. They explained how much everything would be and the process it would take. I had to leave my car overnight but that was fine as it needed a part. Overall the experience was great and professionalism was outstanding. 10/10 would recommended and will come back, hopefully I don’t need to.

Honest one auto care is very reliable automotive service. I needed a little extra to be done on my vehicle and honest one auto care made special accommodations for me and got me handled very quickly! I am very happy with their service and look forward to referring them to my other colleges and Friends. The shop is dependable and reliable!

Fantastic Service, great prices, and wonderful atmosphere. There's not many auto shops that actually, truly, make you feel welcomed, but this is one of those auto shops. They know what they are doing, the set expectations correctly, and they're not going to price gouge you.

Fantastic service. Great prices. And the cherry on top? The small pack of Oreos in my cup holder waiting for me with a H1 card. Love it. If you're looking for an Auto shop, I highly recommend. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and very welcoming. The shop is super clean, and if you need to hang out while they look at your car, there's a nice sitting area (not a row of uncomfotable metal chairs).

The team at Honest-1 is legit. They were friendly throughout the entire process. The diagnostic that I received was incredibly detailed and honest. It included a walkthrough description that the mechanic took to diagnose the problem and it had pictures and videos of everything that was found to back it up. This is how it should be done. I will for sure be bring my car back. Kudos to you guys for standing out in a sea of mechanics that are ok with the status quo.

Great service. Clean shop. Customer service kept me in the loop with what’s going on. Free WiFi, FREE roadside assistance for 12 months, and even left me some Oreo cookies as a gift in the car.

Great place and professional people to work on your car

Excellent service with detailed explanation of the troubleshooting and repair process. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about my car and the warrantee program. I am so glad that they are included as a warrantee provider!

It's so hard to find a good trustworthy mechanic. These guys (and ladies) are unbelievable! Not good, they're GREAT! So trustworthy! They shoot straight from the hip and don't try to sell you services you don't need. They're also so reasonably priced! I used to get competing bids, they were the best priced! Now injust go right to them! No need to even shop around! Thank you Honest-1 you really do live up to your name!
