Honest One on 92nd a Federal just lost a very loyal customer. To busy to offer the customer service that made their name. Wanted to charge me for another service call to look at the broken hinge on my window. Way to busy to reset my idiot sensor after my $53.00 oil change, then told me I could read my owners manual reset myself and hung up on me.

Today this Honest One lost a very Loyal customer. The customer service and customer care used to be excellent. I took my car in for an oil change, last night before I dropped it off a hinge broke on my back window. We called this morning not to have it fixed but just to have a quick look to see if this was even something that Honest One could do. When the call came from April that my car was ready for pickup we ask if the window was looked at. her reply"that is another incident you will have to schedule another appointment." I paid for my oil change and I have never had to reset my own idiot indicators after any service. I called to make sure that the oil did get changed April told me it had and that it wasn't her job to rest the indicator. I should read my owners manual and do it my self. Great way to treat someone that pays your check. NOT ANY MORE.

I have to say I've never been so disappointed in a car mechanic as I am with Dishonest Auto Care. They fixed the AC in our car. When they returned the car, the radio wasn't working, they refused to acknowledge that they broke it and refuse to repair it. The AC is accessed through the dashboard next to the radio. They told us if we wanted it fix, they could do it for $700 more. Their name should be Dishonest auto care!

Great place for your car repair, they are efficient !!!! always welcome when arrive by Adam and April, they always have an honest answer for you they will always discuss pricing and offer you the best deals they have repair are always on point and they do not hesitate to test your vehicle to ensure that repairs are adequate they will go the extra mile to make sure that your vehicle is safe . I always get a second opinion from other car repair places and I can tell you that their pricing is right !!!! I also love the Oreo cookie they give you when they return your car !!!!!

Had an issue with my emergency brake system that Honest-1 fixed under their warranty. They also did a full brake inspection at no cost.

I have been coming to Honest-1 in Federal Heights for about 5 years and I cannot recommend them enough. As someone with a relatively low car IQ, taking my car into the shop was never a fun process. However, Honest-1 not only explains their work really well and offers really fair prices, but they make you feel welcome and at ease. Their waiting room is nice and comfortable, the staff is helpful and kind, and I have never once had that uncomfortable feeling that I might be getting ripped off. They have also taught me several things about basic maintenance and operation that was above and beyond what I was paying for. I have moved half a dozen times but keep returning to this location even when my drive is 30 minutes or more. Honest-1 is an appropriate moniker for the business and they offer truly exceptional service.

Second time bringing in my jeep they did a great job like last time, would recommend.
