We just picked up my Jeep and were charged $69 for an incorrect diagnosis. They claimed the entire transfer shift cable needed replaced because the eyelets were broken and were initially going to charge me $380 for the cable plus $200 for labor. We found the cable online for $68 but paid another $30 to overnight it. The eyelets they referenced are actually bushings. It took me five minutes to find the extremely common problem online and then I had it confirmed by a dealership technician . The entire cable didn’t need replaced, only the bushings which we found for $10 each in stock at a nearby dealership and the repair is going to take 20-30 minutes for a non-professional to do. So the “Honest 1’s” were going to charge me almost $600 for $20 in parts + 30 minutes of labor repair. Go figure! 😤
Even with a mix up about wgen I needed my car, they went 1000 percent to get everything taken care of, they have always been courtesy and helpful

Honor and integrity the older I get the more important they become and I found that h1 has a good part of that integrity and honor and their word and performance glad to have located them and recommend that to anyone who wants people they can trust to work on their vehicle
