They are best place I have ever been too. No matter how busy they are they treat you like family. The work I had done on my car was a lot and I only went in for a oil change. But I asked them to check my car and let me know what they thought. Because I didn't feel safe in my car. Well I was right they let me know what they found and explained everything to me. Even though I had no appt I wasn't turned away. When ever they had time witch wasn't very much because they are really busy. They worked on my car and complete the work order. They didn't give me anything that I didn't need Even though I thought something needed to be changed. They felt that I didn't need it. When I picked up the car and drove it . I felt the difference right away. After 2 yrs of getting the car it's a 2002 Buick I felt safe and I knew that other people on the road with me was safe. If you want the truth and a friendly group of people .then this is the place you need to be.

Honest 1 Auto Care has been our mechanic go to since they opened in Federal Heights. We can trust them to be honest and do quality work. We recently had a "warranty" issue and it is being addressed at no charge to us. Very friendly and honest. Highly recommended.

My experience at Honest-1 was awesome! I don’t know much about cars, but I did know I needed an oil change and needed a diagnostic test to be run to make sure my vehicle was fit to drive across the country. Adam was AMAZING and was so patient with me! He accommodated my busy schedule and made sure that I felt welcome and I knew my car was in good hands. I’d never go anywhere else!

Both gentlemen I spoke with were very professional and courteous! They listened to what I had to say and didn't treat me like I didn't know anything about my vehicle. Will definitely be a return customer!😃

Friendly staff and quick oil changes... I was in and out in 45 mins! They live true to their name and don't try to sell you unneeded parts or fluid changes!

My car had a coolant leak that caused the engine head to warp from heat. I needed a new engine for a car with 70,000 miles on it. Honest-1, Adam, Kyle and Jeff especially, helped me beyond words. They worked until they found the right engine and made sure I had transportation in the mean time. When the work was done, I had an engine with LESS miles than before, a year warranty and a bill I could manage. I trust them with my car. I trust them with your car. They are simply the best.

I have been to a lot of repair shops but just visiting this shop for the first time I felt my daughter and I were treated like customers and not dollar signs. The technician spent over 10 minutes in detail telling what to fix now and what we can do later and providing me with quotes for the different repairs. I checked around and compared pricing and repairs and they are along par with everyone else but here you are treated with respect and care. I told the tech my daughter did not have a lot of money and she wanted to pay for the repairs her self. The tech quoted me for 1 hour for diag time at a price we agreed on, I can tell you they spent a lot more time than an hour and did not charge me anything extra. I thank you guys. I Highly suggest and will recommend this company to anyone that wants to be treated as a customer . My daughter and I Thank Honest A-1 Auto care we will see you next time.
