These guys took care of some warranty work for a part that failed. They got my car in there pretty quick. They did some additional work for me at a decent price. Overall my past two experiences have gone well. If communication was better I would give them five.

Took my car in with what I thought was an engine problem, turns out that it was failed motor mounts. I could have easily been taken advantage of but the shop lives up to their name of Honest 1 Auto Repair 10 out of 10

If I could leave a 0 stars review I would. I had a problem with my brakes and went there to have them checked, we proceeded to have the service there. They waited 2 weeks trying to fix them without making us pay for a piece that might needed to replace and in the end it had to be replaced. Then had to wait for the piece to arrive and wait for them to program it which they said they’ll do it for free and then tried to charge us $300 extra for programming it. Finally when my dad received my car and took it home we noticed that they had messed up my window and just put a piece of tape to keep it up which didn’t help. it cannot stay up and they didn’t have the decency to tell us about it. Now I have an ugly stain of the tape’s glue in my window and another problem to fix.
