DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!!! I by far am done with giving this place my business and money. They are liars and DISHONEST. They do not honor their warranty or their name. We have been coming here for years, referred so many people here. This place used to have friendly, knowledgeable, and honest staff. They have a front office lady that is extremely rude, their mechanics drive up 92nd test driving cars like its a speedway. I was almost hit by one of them test driving a clients car as I was taking mine in. (should have used that as a sign to turn around) the owner is a liar and had become very nasty to deal with as well. (He used to be very kind) They talk about this great warranty but never honor it, I seem to see this come up a lot in reviews lately. I am going to look into possible legal action at this point. Gave them $1600 for a recent repairs after quote and full inspection from someone else. I went to someone else because parts would take longer to come in, but the difference in price was worth the wait for the mechanics I thought I trusted at honest 1. Had my car longer than expected just to run into a huge problem. My husband had to call and tell them how to diagnose the problem because they couldn't figure it out, and decided to replace the computer. Because this happened in their care they legally had to cover it. After programing the new computer to run smooth for a month and a half my car broke down again. Thankfully I guess I was close enough to park my car there in good faith that if this was related to the issue that would get my car in a fixed correctly. I understand mistakes are made, faulty parts happen. Get a call they want a redic amount to repair a whole new set of problems that are completely related to everything they did from the last time. They seem to forget I had my car fully inspected elsewhere for anything wrong with my car so I could get it all done. Honest 1 did a inspection and agreed all the same issue from that quote were correct. Please explain how now a whole bunch of other problems just appeared... Also changing what codes are showing when my husband was standing with the owner and writing them down, they wouldn't allow my husband to use his code reader. I have retired mechanics in my family and my husband knows cars inside and out. Everything is pointing to honest 1 as the problem. Sad thing is I was about to ask for more work to be done and pay another thousand which they'd probably brake my car again. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE RETURN I WILL GLADLY PAY MORE TO HAVE IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!!!

Honest-1 is a great shop and I highly recommended it.

Just a weird experience, I asked for my breaks to bleed after a booster stall ,brakes were bleed but they Informed me after the breaks were.bleed that the brake like has a air pocket, and could not bleed correctly, I figured hey fix the leak them bleed the breaks ,but bleed the lines and still charged but not was fixed Just weird amd different experience

Office staff were helpful and friendly. I felt they were concerned with getting things done correctly and making sure I understood all services. They were thorough and helpful with explanations of what was and was not needed/recommended. No up selling or high pressure sales tactics. The service notes were clear and I appreciate the information provided by mechanics for my records. Will return and recommend this shop to others.

Not so honest. Not only did they not honor the warranty on their work, they tried to tell me something was wrong with my vehicle that wasn't. I took my vehicle to another shop where it was fixed properly.

I have been a mechanic for 40 years Completely rebuilt the Front end in my little Saturn I Took it in for a Front end alignment to honest-1 They did an excellent job highly recommended
