Had an issue with my emergency brake system that Honest-1 fixed under their warranty. They also did a full brake inspection at no cost.

I have been coming to Honest-1 in Federal Heights for about 5 years and I cannot recommend them enough. As someone with a relatively low car IQ, taking my car into the shop was never a fun process. However, Honest-1 not only explains their work really well and offers really fair prices, but they make you feel welcome and at ease. Their waiting room is nice and comfortable, the staff is helpful and kind, and I have never once had that uncomfortable feeling that I might be getting ripped off. They have also taught me several things about basic maintenance and operation that was above and beyond what I was paying for. I have moved half a dozen times but keep returning to this location even when my drive is 30 minutes or more. Honest-1 is an appropriate moniker for the business and they offer truly exceptional service.

Second time bringing in my jeep they did a great job like last time, would recommend.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I have brought my car here for the past year. I drive A TON for my job easily clearing 50,000-60,000 miles a year. These guys are efficient, get me in with ease. Have a better then average waiting area. Every single time I am in there they are easy to talk to and will go over everything with your vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend this auto shop to anyone that what a honest recommendation.

I just had them replace all my breaks on my SUV and they always do quick work as well as treat you fair.

The name says it all!. It is so nice to be respected with honesty. So many mechanic shops are like car dealers, the customer has to weed through th BS. Not so at Honest-1. Things may come up, life happens, but they are always upfront and transparent with us.

1st of all I'd like to give thanks to this automotive repair shop..they took the time to chase down a parasitic draw on my battery..and if you know..it's not an easy process.testing each fuse to find the draw on the battery..they also did all the leg work with my extended warranty company and kept me well informed on the progress concerning my challenger..the parts I needed had to be from dodge/ mopar..I'm impressed with the 36 month/ 36k warranty on their work..which puts me at peace of mind knowing that they honor their workmanship...as I told them I wasn't in any hurry to get her back..as I was just wanting the best of care for my vehicle..to which they did..I do know going forward that this is where I'll take all my vehicles to them..with knowing that there knowledge in auto care..thank you Honest-1 auto care...I tried to give you a 5 star review on your website..but it wasn't allowing me to..so I had to do it on Facebook...so if you need auto care that's honest and fair..give them a call..and put your mind at ease..knowing that your vehicle is important to them..as it is to you.💯💯👍👍 ps.. I've only had one experience with my car here so far, but they are who I will do business with in the future, because of their HONESTY. I thought I might need new brakes, turns out the pads are almost new. They easily could've charged for a brake job, because that's what I asked for.

Honest One has done several repairs on my vehicles, aside for the high prices, I have been satisfied. A few months ago they replaced my front brakes, I noticed that it appears to be leaking brake fluid, today I went to see if someone could tell me if its OK to drive. Adam responded in a negative tone and said he could not. I left stating that I would see if another shop would check for me. He said, JUST LEAVE. I was assuming the brake job was still under warranty. This man has no respect for the elderly and I suggest that others refrain from doing business with Honest One. BTW the store name appears to be an Oxymoron.
