Good Experience, no complaints.

I’ve brought my cars here for a few years now for basic service and more complex issues. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve also recommended Honest-1 to friends and they’ve been happy with the outcomes. Fair prices and informative diagnoses. Good lobby to wait in as well.

First came here because the local Hyundai dealership claimed my Turbo was shot and needed it replaced. Shopped for quotes online and Honest One seemed to have great pricing and great reviews. After a full diagnostic they found that my computer just wasn't able to communicate with my Turbo properly, after an hour of labor my Hyundai was back to normal! I now go here for all of my oil changes and maintenance work!

this place is great, I have 2 vans and they professionally take care of them, The service is very efficient April and Adam always welcome you and give you very honest feedback on what needs to be repaired they will even tell you if you can wait to do your repair. They have fair pricing. And I love the cookies they leave in the car when it is ready !!!!!

Called around to a lot of places, most acted like they couldn't help, were 3 weeks out before they could even look at my car and most wouldn't work with my extended warranty 'cause it was too much hassle' Honest - 1 got me in and worked with my extended warranty to get my car fixed. Everyone was always really helpful and didnt try to upsell me on anything, just got my car fixed and back on the road!

10 stars for sure…. Loved this place. They fixed my jeep. After taking my car to so many different places. After a year without driving it.. now I can enjoy it lol thank you guys for your service.

My truck broke down had it towed here because it was the closest shop with good reviews. Their customer service was great and they got the truck in quick. The reason for the low score is because they gouged me on the price of a mass air flow sensor. They are usually a 20-30 dollar part and they charged me 220 for it. That's an insane upcharge on a pretty cheap part. Besides the price they did a good job in a timely manner.
