Tara, Jeff, and the ENTIRE staff at Honest-1 took care of me from start to finish. More so than any other car shop, they were proactive in communication. I received calls that kept me up-to-date on the status of my 2010 Nissan Armada. Can’t recommend this crew enough!

I’ve never had a better experience at an auto shop. The dealership wanted to charge me $500 for a $30 part and 30 minutes of labor. Honest-1 charged me a fraction of the price. The process was easy- they got me in based on my availability and had my car fixed and out of there in no time. I won’t go to another auto shop!

I moved to Westminster a little over a year ago. I found a car shop that I thought was going to be my go-to guys. But, their mechanic and my car didn't seem to hit it off. I would leave the shop and have to go back to fix something that wasn't wrong before I went in the first place culminating in me having to crawl under my car to fix something as I left the symphony. Car repair in evening clothes late at night is not my cup of tea. So, I started looking again. I tried Honest-1 and they were awesome. They figured out what was wrong quickly and I couldn't be happier. My car was overheating and the air conditioning was blowing hot and cold. Several other shops didn't know what was up, but these guys did and fixed it the same day. I think I have now found my go-to shop.

The other shop couldn't figure it out when I had the car there already, so I tried these guys. They figured it out and all is now well. The owner is very nice and took the time to explain what they found. The mechanic seems to be very competent. That's what I needed and I have now found my go-to shop.

These folks bought the business from Dan, who provided Excellent service, the new owner has improved on the service and the car repair service is even better, I am very pleased with the work they do.

Everyone here is so nice and knowledgeable. Even though getting the parts for my car took quite awhile due to shipping delays. Jeff, Adam, Tara, Kyle all did an awesome job at keeping me informed on the progress as well as getting me a couple good deals on parts because my warranty didn't cover. Oh and the cookies in my cup holder at pick up was pretty great too!!

Excellent service!! They even recommended that we wait to fix something that wasn’t necessary at the moment to save us money!! Highly recommended and will definitely be our new mechanic!

Excellent service,very professional Had a issue after my service but when I brought it up it was taken care of promptly and efficiently.this was an new repair service when I became a customer here. I was not sure what to expect. I very surprised when they actually listened to what I had to say about what I needed and my concerns. I know there are cheaper places I can take my business but I choose to go where I am treated with this kind of professionalism.
