I trust Honest 1 completely with any work that needs to be done on my vehicle. The employees are courteous and always take the time to explain in detail what needs to be done. I will go nowhere else.

I can't recommend them highly enough. As a female senior citizen, I'm well aware of the tactics used by some repair shops to take advantage. I've never felt that in the several times I've been here. Customer service is excellent. Techs are professional and knowledgeable. Prices are fair. What else can I say? :)

Only the second time I have been there but I am impressed yet again with the efficiency and honesty.

I was scheduled for an oil change and a tire rotation. One of the guys told me there's going to be a bit of a wait which I didn't anticipate, but suggested to drop me off at my place! Very fair pricing, quality work and most importantly an honest shop, a quality hard to find in today's world. The guys have mastered the art of customer service. Will definitely be going there for all my oil changes. Great work team!

The Tech that worked on my BMW was (I believe) Lyle. He was knowledgeable and open to discuss the issues with my husband. My car runs beautifully and we totally appreciate the honest way Honest-1-Auto works. The people at the front desk received many calls from us regarding questions, and were always friendly and helpful. Their prices were very reasonable and the work was excellent. Thank you for taking such good care of my favorite vehicle!
