Took my truck in 2 weeks ago for an oil change my wife paid for it now its over heating my dad was a mechanic they CUT ONE OF THE COOLING FAN WIRES!!!! one of the fans died and shortly after the second gave out never going back.

Took my vehicle in because it did not pass emissions it had no service light on paid for them to inspect it they said it was an intake gasket and a throttle body gasket paid for them to do the labor they said it also needed spark plugs I denied the spark plugs took the vehicle . A few days later when I was getting around to doing the spark plugs I noticed a spark plug was disconnected from The wire and the wire was left hanging also the plug on the other side had just been put in finger tight try to call honest One about them doing the work and why the spark plug was left undone have not heard anything from them have reached out multiple times

Took my vehicle in yesterday for a coolant flush. 3/15 I waited for the vehicle to be done which was fine. They took it for a test drive after the flush and it was overheating. I got a ride home from them while they were trying to figure it out….. was called a few hours later saying that the Jeep was still over heating. ( I have two after market fans which weren’t plugged in because my switch broke. Had the wires taped up) They said the can rewire the fans and get a new switch and relay for the tune of almost $600 🙄 I went up there with my uncle who has been a mechanic all his life. He didn’t understand why they couldn’t figure out why it was overheating. Paid for the coolant flush and limped the Jeep home. Upon getting it home overheating I popped the hood……. These dishonest mutherfluffers Cut my existing wiring for my after market fans!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These dumb motherfluffers did not put my radiator cap on properly causing air suction which was causing the overheating…… I honestly thought they were better then this….. needless to say I will never ever bring my vehicle here again and I will warn those in the area about their dishonesty….. after this review is written I’ll be calling the shop to speak with the owner….. DO NOT BEING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!’ I called this Morning 3/16 to speak with the owner around 7:48 Adam said he was the owner. I tried to explain what happened and this MAN had the audacity to speak over me and when I said do not speak over me that’s incredibly rude the POS hung up on me! I then called back to speak with April.. she told me they didn’t take off my radiator cap off I then asked don’t they have to take it off to add coolant in? Long story short the people who work here are dishonest

They had my car for 4 months because of back order issues but they are on top of there jobs an very good at it ... I recommend this place 100%
